Wendy teaches Creative Vinyasa, Yin, Power, Rocket and Mandala. She has done about 500 hours of training with the leading yoga schools like The Yoga People, Good Life Yoga School and The Power Yoga School. She teaches a regular class at Jiva Health in Wimbledon.

Daoist flow integrates vinyasa yoga and qi gong movement into one unified and embodied mind-body practice.

Wendy teaches pranayama and Mika teaches both Oxygen Advantage functional breathing and relaxation techniques from his 10-year experience as a competitive and adventure freediver.

Born and raised in Finland, Mika is native to authentic sauna and cold lakes. He’s gone well beyond that as a longstanding member of the Finnish Sauna Society and co-founder of the British Sauna Society. Wendy is the first certified Sauna Yoga teacher in the UK. Together we have created sauna experiences that draw from unbroken tradition but transcend into the modern context.
